Kivorla devices are general wellness devices, not medical devices. Read the manual included with your device before first use.
If you have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a device is suitable for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Common to all Kivorla devices
Do not use if you
- Are pregnant
- Have epilepsy
- Have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication
- Take photosensitising medication
- Have broken skin, an open wound or a skin injury on the treatment area
General precautions
- Do not look directly at the light source.
- Keep the device away from water and heat sources.
- Do not use a device that is damaged.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Stop using the device if you notice irritation and ask a doctor.

Do not use if you
- Use a pacemaker or a similar implanted electronic device
- Are pregnant
- Have epilepsy
- Have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication
- Take photosensitising medication
- Have broken skin, an open wound or a skin injury on the treatment area

- Do not stare directly at the light source.
- Keep the mask away from water and heat sources.
- Do not use the mask if it is damaged.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed 20 minutes of use per day.
- Stop using the device if you notice irritation and ask a doctor.
9-Spectrum Red Light Panel
Precautions
- Always wear the supplied goggles. Do not look directly into the panel.
- Keep the panel away from water and heat sources.
- Make sure the door hook and pulley are secure before hanging the panel.
- Do not use the panel if the housing or cord is damaged.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not attempt to repair the panel yourself. Contact us instead.
